Groove 004 Drum Solo Demo was made using:

One of the Midi Grooves played by Elio Rivagli on Roland VDrums included in SID XL release

Sounds are: (with relative level in SID XL interface)

GM BD DW 22x16 Roomy = +1.5 dB

GM SD YMH9000 Std Rainbow = -1.0 dB

GM Paiste HH14 Std DRY = -1.8 dB

GM Ride Dark Std DRY

GM DW 4Toms Std D ShortAmb = +2.0 dB

GM Crash 14 and 18 Std DRY

All taken from the stereo versions of the drums with no added FX, not in SID XL Player nor in the sequencer.

The ouput is taken directly from the main stereo outs of the SID XL plugin and directed to the Main out of the sequencer (Logic Pro 7.1.1)

Only a Limiter was applied to maximize volume with these settings:

Threshold -5.3 dB

Out: -0.2 dB

Release: auto

Dithered to 16 bit with Type 2 / Ultra noise shaping
